This substantial case is constructed from White Oak wood which has been bleached and stained white before being sealed with several coats of hand applied oil. The patinated steel exterior is sealed with oil and finished with a buffed wax. The adjustable shelves have a soft roundover on the front edge, belying the substantial strength and thickness of the material. All drawers are "push-to-open". The drawer boxes provide for a warm burst of concealed color, constructed from your choice of valchromat. Finally the piece rests on hand turned solid White Oak legs.
