This cabinet is available in several versions, combining concrete, steel and wood to create a grounded, but elegant piece of furniture. Cold-rolled steel is laminated to a walnut core and the top is a slab of cast-concrete. The steel, a cold material, is transformed to project warmth and vibration by applying a unique process that combines painting with a range of black oxides and fire.
